Hey all,
I just found out that you can't get a refund for an annual prepaid renewal payment even within the normal 14-day refund window because your "initial purchase date" was whatever year you originally signed up. For example, I signed up in May 2021. My renewal payment happened on May 1st (10 days ago) and I can't get a refund because my initial purchase date was two years ago. At least, that's what the support chat told me. This didn't seem right to me and I wanted to let everyone know and get any feedback if this seems wrong. Maybe I'm just unaware.
Regards.
