Hi,
I wanted to start a free trial with my current email. Instead of logging in with my google account I typed in my email. Unfortunately, I mis-typed it with one wrong letter. And the result? A new 7 day free trial account is created with MY CARD details!
As a software engineer to me this is outrageous! How on earth a big company like Adobe does not have a security check before activating an account! Before password creation! It's unbelievable! Was this done on purpose to rip people off as I can see some other users who were charged like this and they couldn't even access to real customer service agents!
Does anyone know how to contact to a real agent as their customer service AI bot tells me I do not have an active account(not counting my free trial, very sweet Adobe!), so I am not allowed to access to their real agent?
Please do let me know if there is anything I can try. I do not wish to cancel my card just because of this!

Adady, thanks for posting about your experience with account creation to this public discussion forum. I show a new subscription under the account you used to create your public post. Did you subscribe twice, with the first subscription being under the account where the incorrect email address was entered?
If you remember the typo you made, you can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4oiCCNb to change the email associated with the account. You will also want to self-cancel any unneeded or duplicate subscriptions by following the instructions at https://adobe.ly/3Lo2Zme. ^JW

Correct. First subscription- with free trial was made using a non-existent email address(pretty sure no-one would have this email address). And yes, I do remember the typo as well.
As for your suggestion: I cannot log-in to the wrongly created account because it is registered with the wrong email address and I cannot receive the verification code. Therefore logging in and then changing my email is not possible.
