Not possible to update license in renewal period

Hi, hope someone can help me. 

I want to adjust the number of licenses in the renewal period (from 4 to 3). Now we are in the renewal period but I don't see any button 'update plan' or 'view plan' in the admin console. See screen dump in attachment. What can I do to adjust this?

Since you are looking to Cancel One license and continue renewal with 3 Licenses, please contact support Team and they will help you with the cancellation as much as they can.  Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
