Not Sure Who to Contact with Help to Close

Hi, there.  I'm trying to cancel (and have TRIED to cancel) my Creative Cloud account, but can't.  It's linked to my uni account that's been closed because I have graduated.  I can't access the account to log in through Adobe and keep getting charged for something I can't even use (and, honestly, can't really afford/don't need, at the moment).

I keep getting kicked back to the community help page.  Does anyone know how to actually contact someone at Adobe to help me close that account?

Thank you!

-A.C.
