On 2020/11/12 I canceled order no AD00249 / 600PL for the use of Photoshop CC and paid the amount due. Following this, Adobe deactivated my Photoshop CC.  Since then there are no paid subscriptions on my Adobe account anymore. Creative Cloud, which I do use, is free.

Nevertheless, I was surprised to see that the amount of 24.59 EUR is still being debited from my bank account every month  - lastly on 2021/04/18.

Therefore I would like to kindly ask you to stop charging me for non existing license and refund amounts debited since November 2020. Please note that the  money debited from my bank account is not listed in my Adobe account.

Kind regards

Henryk Wisner
