Pagamento duplicado

Usufruo do plano de estudante, cujo custa 20€ por mês, e por algum motivo a adobe tem duplicado e anda a cobrar 40 por mês. Mesmo cancelando ou mudando de cartão, o mesmo acontece. Gostaria de saber como resolver, se há alghém com quem possa falar e se há reembolso (porque já é algo que dura mais de 3 meses).

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

 Usufruo do plano de estudante, cujo era suposto estar a pagar 20 euros por mês. Acontece que a adobe tem me cobrado 40, porque simplesmente num dia retira 20 e no dia a seguir retira novamente mais 20.

 Gostava de saber como resolver e para onde contactar para poder falar com alguém.
