I paid for an annual subscription and tried to cancel one product. I was not able to do that but was given a discounted price. Now I got my credit card statement and I was billed the annual fee and also being billed monthly. There is nowhere to call to get support with this issue. I need it resolved but Adobe's customer support is terrible.
