hello,
im a student and i renewed my subscription to adobe creative cloud. i ordered it via surfspot and chose for the student grafisch lycea package. ive done this for 5 years now and each time there was an issue but it eventually got resolved. This time ive paid again for my subscription, the money has been written off and ive followed the instructions given to me by email. But this time i cant acces my apps, ive logged in on my account and it still says i have no acces to the apps and that i need to pay or start a trial.
ive tried logging in and out multiple times, restarting my computer. nothing works and i cant find my specific problem online. When i go to my adobe account and look at subscriptions it says i dont have any paid subscriptions right now.
if anyone knows how i can resolve this, please respond to this post.

if that shows no active subscription, contact your vendor, surfspot.
