I have created 2 payments. First payment was not accepted and I had to make another payment and was completed. I need to know how to receive my first payment back , because when I check my bank I have seen that the first payment was transferred.
Talk to your bank to verify if the charge was successfull, if they confirm it then you should connect with Adobe support for further assistance. To contact support follow the instructions given below

2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open

4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

I had that several times, when one payment failed. A second attempt succeded, and the the first succeeded too. The "system" refunded the first payment (or second, who knows) immediatly. It was still in the athorization phase.
