Bonjour à la communauté,
Je viens de m'apercevoir que j'ai été débité de 239 euros par Adobe Dubin (une transaction du 7 février) alors que je n'ai effectué aucun achat. Sur mon compte je ne retrouve aucun historique d'achat depuis plusieurs mois. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour obtenir de l'aide, savoir d'où peut provenir cette transaction et surtout obtenir remboursement.
