Passer du CC standard au CC étudiant.

Bonjour j'étais et je suis toujours étudiant , sauf que j'ai malheuresement reçu mon certficat scolaire de cette année 2021-2022 après avoir renouveler mon abonnement CC en une formule indépendants et particulier (ce que je ne suis pas actuellement).

Aujourd'hui, j'ai mon certificat étudiant que j'ai transmis 2 fois aux services d'Adobe, qui l'on donc vérifié 2 fois, et attesté 2 fois de mon appartenance à la commnauté étudiante. Mais il m'est toujours impossible de passer d'une version CC pour indépendant et particulier, à une version CC étudiante. Adobe me redirige vers la formule entreprise en pensant que je veux cumuler 2 abonnement alors que non, je souhaite simplement revenir à une formule CC étudiante.

Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrais me conseiller et ou m'aider afin de revenir à une formule CC étudiante s'il vous plaît ?

Hello @default5rfaagvr1o3t,

The screenshot says, "We verified with success your status as a member of the educational system."   And that implies that you are getting Creative Cloud from your school.  You must contact the school's IT dept for assistance. They will give you access to the software.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with the ID and password that your school IT gave you.
