Hi, I have an account problem.I lost access to the account / I forgot which one I was using.I bought a package on it and they charge me money every month and I am not even able to use it.I have a card assigned to my account.How can I cancel my subscription or find out on which account my card is assigned?
I know, sorry for the mistake, but I'm from Poland and speak little English. Unfortunately, I have no contact to people who could help me solve this, and losing my account does not help. Is there any e-mail to the customer service department?

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
