Hi, I have an account problem. I lost access to the account / I forgot which one I was using. I bought a package on it and they charge me money every month and I am not even able to use it. I have a card assigned to my account. How can I cancel my subscription or find out on which account my card is assigned?

Hi @Izabela26909108k2f2

This forum is answered mainly by volunteers who are not Adobe employees. You will need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly. Do not reply to scammers who may PM you.

Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

If you can't find out why your browser is blocking Chat, you can also send a tweet to @AdobeCare.

You can find phone numbers here (you may be on hold for a while):

I know, sorry for the mistake, but I'm from Poland and speak little English. Unfortunately, I have no contact to people who could help me solve this, and losing my account does not help. Is there any e-mail to the customer service department?

no. there is no email customer support. use chat, phone or twitter.

you should be able to use your native language:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

No, Adobe does not do support by email.

Scammers like to frequent forums, including this one, and will send a PM to try to initiate email contact . Do not reply to scammers who send PMs!

Staff has an Adobe logo and "Adobe Employee" on their avatars. Approved volunteers have a badge and "Community Expert" on their avatars.

You can use Polish in the Chat window.

Jane

EDIT: the forum hides posts that come in while we are typing, so I did not see the post from kglad.
