Paying after cancel plan

Hello, few months ago, i think it was in february i already cancel my plan for photoshop.. i comunicated with support and now it is unavaible to contact it like before with number or chat with real person.. after these months now in june adobe take 11,99 from my bank account like paying... i cant contact support i try it hard try to call to some sales support or europe nubmers but nothing.. can anyone help please?

This is a user-to-user support forum, if you want support for a Photoshop issue indicate your version of Photoshop and operating system and give full details of the problem. If you want to cancel your subscription you need to contact Adobe directly as we can't deal with those issues.

Thanks for answer,but i cant find any contact for support like before, really! Number not working no live chat and also cant find email support, just articles for help... here is

In february i cancel subcription and from that time I dont use it anymore... now in june adobe take money from my bank acc..
