Paying for Acrobat PRO subscription but not appearing in my User account & can't download

I have been paying for a monthly subscription for Acrobat PRO for years but this subscription is not appearing in my User account. I now have a new laptop and am trying to download my Acrobat PRO subscription but it is not under my account. I can't find the answer to this anywhere and cannot even find an Adobe billing contact to speak with directly. My Acrobat PRO account number does not appear in my monthly payment details, just a "transaction ID" and "invoice ID". Anyone have any ideas?

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and verify everything is what you expect.

 

then sign out and then back in to the cc desktop app using the same adobe id/password used to check yoru account, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html
