I keep getting billed for a Creative Cloud subscription (which I am aware of because I am getting emails via PayPal), but I don't have access to any of the apps I'm paying for? The only thing I can see that I'm paying for when I go to my account overview page is my Adobe Portfolio subscription. I've found sources online that say in this case, you should try signing out and signing back in, but unfortunately this didn't work for me. Wondering if anyone has suggestions. Thanks.
