Paying full fee even though I'm on a student account?

Hi! I seem to be paying £49.94 (the full Adobe fee without being a student) for my account this year. I was and still am a student and I have been using my institutional email to log in. I paid £24.96 all of last year and £16.24 the year before, however the website states that it should only be £24.96 every month after the first year. Is there any way I can fix this?

Thank you for your time!

I just wanted to add that I have tried to click change my plan, but no student plan seems to come up.

Hi @Ritz5CF5,

I may be wrong but I think that's all you get from your student discount.  60% off for the first year and 40% off for the second year.  After that, it reverts to the regular price.   But prices and terms may vary in your region.  So contact Adobe support directly.
