Dear community,
as many of you I have spent hours trying to get the right support and I am becoming very frustrated. I have ordered a year plan of adobe CC full package with a discount offered two weeks ago. The payment was deducted from my paypal account, yet I have not received anything from adobe nor I can see the order in my plan. How do I solve this? Mainly how do I get in touch with anyone from adobe to actually talk to me?

Do you have more than one account? Make sure you are logged-in with the correct PAID ID and password. Use a device that accepts cookies and does not use script blockers.

If everything is OK in your account, please do the following:
1. Ensure your system meets or exceeds the minimum requirements for Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use. This is very important. Otherwise, you won't be able to download and use the software.

2. Download & Install CC Desktop App.

3. Use CC Desktop App to manage your other apps & services.
