I am using company account for AI. The AI crushed and as suggested, I contact AI for reinstalled. ADOBE charged me as a new user. So I have two accounts for one AI - pay it twice! I dispute this charge but ADOBE conversed the CC company so that I have to pay for the later fee! I can't even get any person to contact. The ADOBE is just like a scam comapny. I am going to suit it!
