Payment failure

Been trying everything to fix this, but I keep getting this error when completing my purchase. My country is set to India, and I tried buying different plans but the issue persists. Hoping for some help!

you proceeded to the step "if you have a subscription".  you don't have one so that link does not apply to you.

 

read about the bank of india if that applies or use another appropriate link on that page.

Thank you for replying! I tried purchasing the same plan through my phone and on a different browser, but it showed the same error on both.

I'm using an Axis Bank debit card! If by alternative payment method, you're suggesting using a different card, then I've tried and been unable to do that, since my other card is a discover one.
