Hi,
I wanted to purchase the Adobe plan with the student discount. I registered, selected the correct plan, and proceeded to pay with my credit card. I confirmed the payment through my bank, and the amount was charged, but the transaction failed on Adobe’s website and the subscription was not activated.
At this point, I have neither access to the subscription nor the money. I’ve also had difficulty finding a way to contact Adobe support directly. The page where u can change or manage your plan is not working on my side.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed in this situation?

Filip, thanks for posting about your recent problems purchasing a subscription to this public discussion forum. Many of Adobe services are currently affected by the Amazon Web Services outage. Please view and bookmark https://adobe.ly/47zU6OY to be kept up to date on the impact of the AWS outage to Adobe services. I would recommend you try again later when Amazon Web Services have been restored. ^JW
