I do not understand what is going on!
In September I started the trial version of After Effects and right after my trial period Adobe sent me an email to inform me that there was a billing issue and as it was normal to happen, the software was no longer working.
Since I couldn't fix my card's problem, I decided to cancel my plan within the first 14 days of my initial purchase, to avoid any cancellation fee in the future.
But that was not possible, since adobe doesn't let you cancel your plan if you don't solve your payment issue first.
I tried to find a way to contact them but they have made it impossible to do so!!!
So I assumed that since Adobe says that my plan expired because of billing problems and the fact that they stopped providing me with any service, it meant that my plan was canceled automatically after my trial and that should be enough for them.
What I don't understand is why 5 months later, Adobe is still asking me to update my payment details (Ι presume that they’re still trying to charge me), since they haven’t provided me any services (except from the free trial) ??!

make your case to adobe support. they are typically sympathetic to reasonable attempts to resolve problems and are often very forgiving.
