I subscribed to the 14  free trial but the money was taken immediately from my  bank account plus I still can't access any premium features on my adobe account. It's still telling me I have the free account. Who I can talk to to get this sorted asap

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

there's a 7-day free trial.  but it can only be used once.  the next time you try to use a free trial you're charged immediately.

you still have 7 days to cancel and get a full refund.

and for a purchase that's not shown in the cc app, start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

It's a 14 day trial advertised on the app currently. I have never availed of a free trial before this. Regardless I didn't get the free trial of any length. It took payment immediately! So I didn't even get to try out the features to see if I wanted to continue and pay. I just cancelled the subscription again immediately so I have at least only lost 9.99. I won't be  attempting to sign up again. Especially in light of that fact there is literally NO customer service to deal with this issues!

I'm just going to accept the loss of the 9.99 euros and learn my lesson. It's very unethical to offer a free trial but not give it and take payment immediately. I've only used the same one email address so there was no trying to get a second free trial as I never even had the first. It's  just very poor  from adobe all round! And again having no recourse with customer service is terrible. That and a community support forums  that aren't in any way user friendly.

Thanks for reaching out. I checked and found that you have active subscription for Adobe Express which gives 30 days free trial. Please check more info here: https://adobe.ly/4hErrdI

Let us know if it helps.

Yes I know I have an active subscription now but I was immediately charged 9.99 for it. I got no free trial. The free trial offered on the app was 14 days btw! I immediately cancelled my subscription so no further payments would be taken!

adobe expess has a 30 day free trial, but adobe trials are one-time things.  ie, after the first trial, there are no more free trials.
