Hi. I wanted to update my payment method and all I keep getting is this message "We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser.: Can someone please help me out. Also the debit card is activated incase someone has a doubt regarding the same. Thanks in advance.

did you try a different browser?

 

if yes, and you encountered the same problem using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Hi. The different browser method didnt work. Will go ahead with the second suggestion; i.e. contacting an adobe agent/support. Thanks for the help.
