I have been using creative Cloud all apps for 4 years, no issues at all. (I got hacked end of September and my bank flagged the cc payment and had it canceled) the moment I realized it I contacted Adobe support and they confirmed opening a new one wouldn't be an issue, but IT IS! Because now keep getting the info below (--) is there any way you can help me to make the payment successful, the card(cards I try three so far) all accept e-commerce and online payments, but nothing is working for my subscription. I even tried Pay Pal and keep saying number of reasons, location bla bla bla error, when again NOTHING changed. FOUR YEARS and now I am fighting for them to accept my money?!

I am a designer and really need my CC working, I am even wondering if there's a way for me to make a direct payment or buy a sort of gift card code or something since adobe is not reading my card. I am facing this issue for a week now, and my clients are getting frustrated.

-- Incorrect billing info We are unable to approve your transaction at this time. There are a number of reasons for order failure, among them errors in the payment information, or billing address, or an inaccurate email address. If you have verified your information and are still unable to place your order, please contact Customer Service and order by phone. Call 0800 0280148.--

I moved your post over from the poorly named "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum.

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.

Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @Deleted User, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.
