I have been using creative Cloud all apps for 4 years, no issues at all. (I got hacked end of September and my bank flagged the cc payment and had it canceled) the moment I realized it I contacted Adobe support and they confirmed opening a new one wouldn't be an issue, but IT IS! Because now keep getting the info below (--) is there any way you can help me to make the payment successful, the card(cards I try three so far) all accept e-commerce and online payments, but nothing is working for my subscription. I even tried Pay Pal and keep saying number of reasons, location bla bla bla error, when again NOTHING changed. FOUR YEARS and now I am fighting for them to accept my money?!

I am a designer and really need my CC working, I am even wondering if there's a way for me to make a direct payment or buy a sort of gift card code or something since adobe is not reading my card. I am facing this issue for a week now, and my clients are getting frustrated.

-- Incorrect billing info We are unable to approve your transaction at this time. There are a number of reasons for order failure, among them errors in the payment information, or billing address, or an inaccurate email address. I moved your post over from the poorly named "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum.

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
