I had a payment refund issue because of twice they have cutted my monthly subscription charges in this same month, for which i reached to Adobe Virtual Help but nothing has been done since 12th of this september 2020.
I had raised a complain firstly some girl had talked me and says that i will get the refun within 12-24hrs, but after 40+hrs I tried and reached again to them then i had this conversation ahead where they said i will have a voice call within 48hrs, as much I remember i had last virtual text message on 15sep2020 since then I did'nt get any call or any of the updates. God knows how these guys are runing this comapny. I'm hoping may you guys can help me. You can see the screenshots i have taken of the conversation, probably not the all but some of the major.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing BILLING AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to someone in the billing department rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
You can also search for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This will normally provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number that you can use.
Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
