Payment taken but account not showing membership

Hi,

 

Payment has been taken monthly from my account since 18/10/2024 and the most recent payment 18/04/2025.

I just opened Lightroom and it says that the account has no subscription.

https://account.adobe.com/ shows 'Adobe Free Membership'.

I cannot see anything related to these payments under 'Orders' or 'Invoicing'. It's like they've never existed.

I can see the correct card is associated with my account.

 

Please can this be corrected?
