Hi, I'm looking for a way to solve an administrative problem.

I've 2 CC licenses in my working place. The automatic payment wasmade on a private credit card.

I need a refund of these payments and then new payments on the right credit card.

Is there a simple way to do this?

Sorry for my bad english, thank you

You can add a new payment card for the future payement, see the following article on how to do that

However regarding refunding the old card you will have to contact support and they will guide you regarding the best option available. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
