Hello, I have a very urgent question... I have the student subscription plan for 15 euros per month, and they charge me every March 25, but this month and the previous one they have charged me apart from those 15, 30 euros more and I do not know why or what they are, since I have not acquired another plan or new applications. Can someone explain to me why those 30 euros more are due and how can I stop them from charging me? Thanks a lot

check your account and see if there's another subscription, or whether your student subscription's first year lapsed and you're being charged a student subscription for the 2nd year (which is higher cost than the first year), https://account.adobe.com/

 

then if you can't remedy the situation from your account page (eg, by cancelling something), using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
