I cancelled my subscription, still being charged, the list of options tells me I can have a phone chat to sort it out. Where on earth do I find a phone number?

If you did cancel within the 14 day grace period, you should have received a confirmation by email. Check your spam folder.
If you did not cancel with the 14 day grace period, there is a 50% early termination fee.
