I am having trouble with plans within my account. I have an enterprise plan and I have a personal plan for all products. I use both of these plans on one device so I never had a need for the personal account which I undesirably created. I need to cancel or merge the personal plan.

You can try cancelling the plan you don't want, online via self-service:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
If it's within 14 days of the start of your paid subscription, then a full refund should be issued.
But if that doesn't work they way you want, then try contacting Adobe Customer Care directly:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Hopefully they can sort it out, if the automated option doesn't.
