Phishing Attempt?

I recieved the following email:

You might have individual users in your org, and this might be a wonderful time for consolidating them under the single umbrella account. However, I checked the email headers and see several authentication failures. HOWEVER, it could be because of our Proofpoint that causes these failures.

that looks genuine, if those email links you posted (and i removed) actually go to adobe.com
