Hi, could you give me phone number or e-mail just for explaining my account issues? I have to explain it very promptly
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check

There is no email for Adobe. Tip: criminals will now contact you with fake phone numbers and fake email. They want your Adobe password, credit card number, and more.

HI Rashmi, Unfortunately, I am not able to find on the given page (website which is linked by you) any contact like: phone number or e-mail or any contact with real person. Only links to similar issues/answers/topics. All the time I am log in. It is really frustrating, because my issue is not typical.
Any chat which I found redirect my questions to links to similar topics. Such policy is terrible, because I lost already few hours just looking for real, effective contact with Adobe.
