Photography Plan

Hello

I bough TWICE the photography plan and i cannot downlaod lightroom nor photoshop

I tried deleting the creative cloud, rebooting HD, restarting PC, reinstalling Adobe CC

Nothing happens,, i cannot make this to work.

 pls help
