Photoshop and Illustrator telling me to pay even though I’m paying for creative cloud every month

Hey, for a while my creative cloud plan has not allowed me to use photoshop and illustrator (among other apps). I'm a student and I'm paying 19.99 a month for the creative cloud plan for students. Every time I go on the creative cloud app, it says I have to buy photoshop and illustrator. How can I get this fixed? I haven't been able to use them during the month of June.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
