Photoshop and Lightroom will not open

I cannot open Photoshop nor Lightroom even though I regularly pay the $9.99 subscription every month which is up to date. I only get a "Try" command after each and Adobe wants me to try a trial version. Any comments?

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then if you see the expected subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
