Photoshop asking for subscription despite active payment

New Here ,
Feb 03, 2025 Feb 03, 2025

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Adobe Photoshop subscription. I subscribed today and completed the payment, but I have not used the 7-day trial yet.

Now, when I try to download and use the Photoshop app, it keeps asking me to subscribe again, even though I have already paid. I am unable to use Photoshop, even though my subscription should be active.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Is there an official Adobe support email for Turkey that I can contact?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for subscribing to Photoshop and posting your question, Taner! I can confirm that your new subscription is active. Please see https://adobe.ly/4jJIvRB for several common solutions that will allow the new membership to be seen on the computer.

use the @davescm link, first.  only if that fails should you proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
