I have activated my account and started free trial on 19th March 2023. Rec'd email with confirmation that the trial ends on 26th of March and 26th will be the 1st day when I will be charged.
I cancelled the free trial on 25th of March and rec'd another email from Adobe with confirmation that the plan is over and will not be charged. However on 27th of March I was charged with the full monthly subscription amount.
I tried to find chat, email or anything which will lead me to somebody who may help - nothing of course.
I want to know how can I contact customer service in Adobe and how can I be refunded as this payment was taken without my consent. I have done everything as follows by the cancellation terms.
Thank you in advance.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
