Photoshop I am not able to enter my account.

A few day back I got Photoshop 26.2  I believe. Since I have this membership Photoshop I am not able to enter my account. Harmonizing in V 26.2 did not work. Had a department in India on the phone about a week ago. They could not solve the problem. Told me it was the anti virusprogram on mij computer.It is/was not. I have the same on the laptop of my wife and it workesd alright there.  Pleas help me out. If possible  in Dutch. I am from the Netherlands.

what account are you unable to "enter" and what steps are you taking to "enter" it?
