Hi @Cosmmo

You've said a couple of things are are confusing.

  • What is PSP?
  • You said you bought "PSP" and After Effects and you also said you had a trial (which is free). Please clarify.
  • If you have a trial, you can cancel anytime within the 7 days
  • If you purchased a license, you can cancel within 14 days
  • Which plan did you purchase if it wasn't the free trial?
  • Outside of those limits, there is a cancellation fee of 50 of the remaining time.

Hi @Cosmmo

Here are the cancellation terms:

https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

If you cancelled on the first day, then yes. If your refund does not go through, then you need to talk to Adobe at the link I gave previously. They are the only ones who can help with billing.

PSP = Paint Shop Pro which is made by a different company.

How much was charged to your credit card?  Adobe asks for a credit card so they can start billing you on the 8th day after your trial ends. But before they bill you, they do a TEST transaction to ensure your credit card is valid (not stolen).  It's usually a very small transaction which is credited back to you on your first month's billing statement.

Contact Adobe Customer care via online chat.  Or telephone M-F during normal business hours.
