I ordered two hours ago, still not listed in Creative Cloud.

Go to buy again on the website, it's listed as purchased.

I've been onto Adobe Customer Support for two days - I have a business account that was given to me for Substance Painter, as a 'teams' account thing (I have my own log on thing). I have purchased Photoshop myself on the same email address, but I can not get Photoshop activated. Customer Support are saying I can run either of these without Creative Cloud, which isn't true. They also said I can uninstall it and run both, but I can't as it says I need CC as the other progs (Painter/PS) require CC. CC is such a unneccessary leech, no artist asked for CC or wants it running in the background ever. I can not run PS even though I'm paying for a subscription for both - after two days and my complete willingnesss to pay Adobe for them the only option is to download a cracked version.

1. You DO need Creative Cloud. I understand you don't want to, but that's how it works. (If customer support said you don't need to run CC, this is disappointing, and suggests they need more training. The CC desktop app doesn't have to actually be running, but it has to be installed, and signed in, and all it's little daemons have to be about their business).

2. If you have a personal subscription, and you have a teams subscription, you can only sign in to one at a time, and must sign out of the other.

3. You cannot therefore use these two apps at the same time.

4. But you can have both apps INSTALLED.
