It is difficult for the people of Bangladesh to buy Adobe software with so much money. Most of them use pirated software. Why doesn't Adobe take any action on this matter? Do you allow pirated usage in our country.And if not, why don't you allow old versions in our country for free? Or not selling at a low price in our country.

no, pirated versions are not legal or allowed in any country.  if you are aware of sites selling pirated adobe software, please report -  https://helpx.adobe.com/security/alertus.html
