Please consider a refund and cancel my subscriptions

Hi, I am writing in hopes that someone will understand what I have been going through and help me.  I have a learning disibility after a accident and I'm sure  used to use some adobe programs before my accident.  I thought at least adobe would have some entry level programs for fixing my photography projects  This was not the case, but not only that, since January, I have been weekly trying to cancel these payemets from coming out of my savngs account.  Since January I have paid over 500 dollars for apps that I have maybe opened once. I don't understand why there is no cancel my subscription button. I don't have a lot of income as it is and now this is stating to hurt my rental money.  I guess this is my fault to think this would have a some easier to understanD wording in it to learn, but when there is no way to cancel.  I'm asking for you to help me cancel and any kind of refund. If I used it, it would make sence, but the most I did with this program was worked on trying to get rid of it and cancel it.

adobe doesn't have anything that costs 500 usa dollars for 5 months.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
