Please delete urgently my Adobe ID - [ removed by moderator ] as I need to sign in with my corporate ID, not this one.

If you are part of a Teams or Enterprise plan, you will have 2 instances for your Adobe ID: Personal and Company. To switch the instance, you need to sign out and sign in again. https://helpx.adobe.com/lu_en/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html
