Hi @blah laublagh,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have an active Creative Cloud All Apps plan as well as an Adobe Stock plan, both associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. These are annual subscriptions billed on a monthly basis.

Please note the following:

  • If the plan is canceled within 14 days of the original purchase, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund, and your account will revert to a free membership.

  • If the plan is canceled after 14 days, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract value will apply. For example, if the plan is canceled in the ninth month of the subscription, the fee would be 50% of the remaining three months’ charges.

Why is there a cancellation fee?
Annual plans billed monthly are offered at a discounted rate. The early termination fee reflects that discount when the full annual commitment is not completed. For more details, please refer to the subscription terms here:

As you've mentioned that you are a minor, I would strongly recommend contacting our Support team directly. They may be able to offer a more flexible resolution based on your specific circumstances.

We hope this information is helpful. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

Regards,
^AN
