Por un impago, resuelto ahora, no puedo instalar las aplicaciones en mi ordenador.

Hola, tengo contratado Adobe Creative Cloud. Ayer tuve un problema con el banco y el recibo fue devuelto. Sin embargo, pocas horas después realicé el pago correspondiente.
Ahora, no puedo instalar las aplicaciones en mi ordenador.
¿Podrían indicarme qué debo hacer para solucionar este problema?

does it still show a payment problem?

 

if not, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
