Prélèvement bancaire malgré résiliation

Bonjour 

J'ai commandé la version première pro fin janvier mais j'ai finalement résilier mon abonnement quelques jours après, pendant la période d'essai.  Je n'aurai pas dû être facturé et pourtant j'ai été prélevé sur mon compte bancaire en février. Sur mon compte Adobe il n'y a aucune trace de cet abonnement. Comment faire pour être remboursé et ne plus être prelevé? Impossible de les joindre par mail je reçois systématiquement un message d'erreur.
