meine Frage wäre...

ich hatte davor ein Foto Abo in der testphase.

Ich habe alles gelöscht gekündigt usw.

Ich habe mich dann für ein Prepair Foto Abo entschieden.

habe alles eingegeben wie gefordert mit einemn ProduktKey.

es hat alles funktioniert....

Wo kann man sehen oder kann man wo sehen das es eine Prepaid version ist?

Ich kann niergends was finden. es würde mich nur interessieren. Nicht das ich parallel eine Rechnung bekomme weil vieleicht mit der kündigung der testphase was schiefgelaufen ist.

it's not clear what you mean (possibly because of a translation problem), but you can check what you've purchased from adobe by viewing https://account.adobe.com

Hallo Danke für Deine Antwort

 

Ich habe mit einem Testabo für Foto Abo begonnen.

Anschließend habe ich es hoffentlich zeitnahe richtig wieder gekündigt ohne das kosten entstehen.

 

Ich habe dann gesehen das es eine Prepaid version vom Foto Abo gibt. Ich habe mich dann für dieses prepaid abo entschieden. Aber ich dachte das es irgendwo aufscheint das es eine Prepaid Version ist? Aber was ich erkennen kann steht nur Foto Abo dabei.

Ich hoffe nur das es nicht irgendwie doppelt verbucht wird?

 

Ich hoffe du kannst das Verstehen?

It is still not clear what you subscribed to. The Photograpy plan (annual) can be paid monthly or prepaid for the year.

Ich habe es bei einem sicheren händler gekauft.  Bis vor 14 tage funktionierte alle normal...gestern das erste mal wieder am PC dann wurde was aktualisieret. seit dem komme ich nicht mehr rein.

if everything was working normally until recently, you should only need to follow the first link and check your account, and if everything looks normal there, sign out and then back into your cc app (carefully using the same id used to confirm your account).

because the account used on your local computer depends on the id used to sign into the cc desktop app that's on your computer.  ie, it's possible to have a valid subscription recognized by adobe, but if someone signed out of the cc desktop app on your computer or signed in with a different id, locally you'll see the subscription (or lack thereof) linked to that different id.
