I could not find how to contact Adobe directly so I am posting here.
I have an educational license, and bought, if i remember correctly, 24 months of time at once as I knew I'd be a student for another 4 years unless something unexpected happened. However, when it came time to send my registration to my university in the autumn, the extra year of prepaid had disappeared. The code I used for the extra year does not work anymore. How can I restore the lost year?

I had a typo in the message. I meant send my registration to my university to Adobe as proof of study in the autumn.
