J'ai le même problème pour ma fille qui a l'abonnement payé par son école tandis que je me vois prélevé de 19,50 euros par mois...
Et ils on déjà fait un remboursement mais ils sont incapable d'arrêter les prélèvements... depuis trois mois...
Et aucune possibilité de contacter qq...
Des vaches à lait, nous resterons...
